Overview:  Vini Winery from the Thracian Valley of Bulgaria.

Tasting Notes:  This Bulgarian Cabernet Sauvignon is garnet colored with aromas of red raspberry, black cherry and pencil lead. In the mouth, there are flavors of cherry, wet shale and blackberry. It is balanced with smooth tannins and a smooth finish.

Pairing:  Grilled Steak, Duck Confit, Portobello Mushrooms
