Overview:  Vini Winery from the Thracian Valley of Bulgaria.

Tasting Notes: Garnet in the glass, this wine has aromas of red cherry, vanilla and black raspberry. On the palate, there are flavors of cherry vanilla and cocoa powder that are bolstered by chewy tannins.

Pairing:  Roast beef, blue cheeses, grilled or roasted chicken.
