Created in honor of the 250th anniversary of Hacienda La Gavilana, where the Gallardo family established its roots in Jalisco in 1774, this inaugural Colección release is limited to just 1,774 marble vessels worldwide. Inside is an exceptionally crafted tequila made from 100% Lowlands Blue Weber agave, matured for more than 18 months in European oak before receiving an extended 414-day finish in Oloroso sherry casks. The result is a sophisticated Añejo combining mature agave, vanilla, maple, cocoa, nuts, fruit, and polished oak with the richness imparted by its lengthy sherry-cask finish.
