Slow cooked in clay ovens, fermented in wooden vats, twice distilled in copper pot stills. Barrels:French & American oak red wine barrels then finished in 15 year Bourbon barrels

Nose: Toasted Agave, Cherry Oak, Smoked Fig
Palate: Hints of chocolate and dried fruit delicately intertwined with caramel and vanilla.
