Description

WhistlePig's Boss Hog Siren's Song is a single barrel, bottled at proof rye. It has amazing aromas from its two original finishes. A straight rye whiskey finished in barrels seasoned with fig nectar and scratch Tentura. Both are crafted at the WhistlePig farm using local and Greek ingredients.  A nose of Orange blossom followed by floral notes, dried fruit & a hint of brown sugar. Palate of cinnamon and clove fading into black cherry and a jammy fig and rye spice finish.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nose: Aromas of orange blossom intertwined with floral notes, dried fruits, and a subtle hint of brown sugar
  • Palate: Rich flavors of cinnamon and clove gracefully transitioning to notes of black cherry.
  • Finish: A lingering taste of jammy fig complemented by WhistlePig's signature rye spice.
