It opens up with time and is reminiscent of cutting into your dessert with your fork which releases cinnamon and baking spices with just a hint of oak to remind you that this is high proof youthful.
(1) Willett Pot Still Bourbon Whiskey 750 ml: Nose is "vanilla lemon cake." The palate is a balance of caramel, vanilla, spices and citrus. Received double gold medal for packaging and gold medal for taste at the 2008 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
(1) Fernet Francisco Willett Bourbon Cask 750 ml: Fernet Francisco collaboration series with Willett is our 9th limited release Cask edition. It is matured in freshly emptied Willet Bourbon Casks for 6 months. Fernet Francisco is created and barrel rested in the San Francisco Bay Area, with whiskey barrels hailing from one of out favorite whiskey makers of Kentucky.
