Nose

Rich and aromatic with sage, rosemary, and herbal rye spice leading the way. Notes of baked apple, black pepper, vanilla bean, toasted oak, citrus oil, and subtle tobacco round out a complex, layered aroma profile.

Palate

Bold and full-bodied. A burst of classic rye spice, including ginger, clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon, is followed by warm vanilla, brown sugar, and touches of baked apple and orange peel. The mouthfeel is dense and oily, carrying the intensity of a true barrel-strength rye.

Finish

Long, powerful, and warming. The finish showcases oak char, brown butter, cracked pepper, toasted pecans, and a lingering herbal complexity. Spice and oak harmonize beautifully, leaving a satisfying, slow fade.
