The magic of Yéyo begins with a slow 53+ hour roast in traditional brick ovens, followed by 190+ hours of fermentation with the soothing sounds of Spanish classical music. The result is a double-distilled tequila, verified additive-free by Tequila Matchmaker, using just three simple ingredients: mature agave, yeast, and deep well water.
