The quality of the "magueys" begins in the earth and looking after it as well, this means that the complete cycle of production as is the planting, cutting, and destilation are done manually, all with absolute respect for our environment.
Tasting Notes: Yuu Baal Pechuga is an agave Espadin-based traditional pechuga mezcal. A raw turkey breast is hung in the still between the second and third distillations, along with fresh fruits. This method gives the mezcal a wide range of aromas and flavors. It has a citrus, herb, fruit, and spice nose and flavors of orange, anise, pineapple, and mango on the palate.
