Taylor line, this whiskey is bottled uncut and unfiltered straight from the barrel, delivering a full-force experience of rye grain intensity and mature oak depth.

Crafted from a mash bill of rye and malted barley—with no corn—this expression honors Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr.’s legacy as a champion of whiskey purity and quality. Aged in historic rickhouses and released in extremely limited quantities, it stands as a high-proof testament to craftsmanship and character. Rich, spicy, and complex, this is rye whiskey at its most expressive.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Deep amber with rich copper hues, signaling age and barrel strength intensity.

Nose: Bright and assertive with notes of cracked white pepper, candied apricot, spearmint, and toasted oak. Underneath, soft floral tones and a touch of nuttiness emerge.

Palate: Bold and full-bodied. Sweet dried stone fruit and honey up front, followed by an explosion of rye spice, black pepper, caramel, and dark chocolate. A velvety mouthfeel supports the high proof, offering warmth without overwhelming heat.
