Made in the state of San Luis Potosi with Salmiana agave. Don Jose Acosta, Maestro Mezcalero, learnt the mezcal trade from his father. His agave is harvested on a semi-arid plateau between the desert and a steep mountain ridge. This mezcal is distilled in a copper still and traditionally made in a horno made of volcanic rock. This mezcal has a spicy taste with a lemon finish.
