When it comes to our Blanco, we’re rebels. Relaxed, but rebels nonetheless. You see, by law, a Blanco Tequila can be aged up to 60 days in order to mute the agave flavors. But we love the taste of agave, because when your agaves are organic, grown in the Tequila Valley, and slowly roasted to perfection, there’s nothing to hide. That’s why we bottle our Blanco just as soon as it’s distilled. The result? Vibrant and sweet agave aromas that include hints of citrus, mint, and pear typical of the Tequila Valley terroir. 

Tasting Notes: Vibrant and sweet agave aromas dominate with supporting notes of citrus, pear, and hints of wild mint. A pleasing taste and silky texture make it ideal for sipping or mixing.
